GENERAL WORKOUT INSTRUCTIONS

• Check the BLACKROLL® BANDS for damage before each training session and only use BANDS that are in perfect condition.
• Start with low resistance until you have mastered the execution of the exercise well; Only then switch to higher resistances or faster repetitions.
• Breathe out during the stressful part of the movement and avoid forced breathing.
• Stop the exercise immediately if you experience any pain.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• Washable up to 60 degrees celcius with standard detergents.
• Do not use fabric softener.
• Iron at low temperature (level 1).
• Tumble dry low (level 1).
• Do not treat with chlorine, do not dry clean.
• Long, direct sunlight causes the material to age more quickly.
